Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at WeebCentral. We appreciate the fact that you have taken the time to purchase our products. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

If there’s something wrong with what you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item however if you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for the wrong product to be collected and the correct product to be couriered.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that WeebCentral is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency, and quality customer care:

  • If you wish to return your item due to it being damaged, please contact us. We will not send you damaged goods, the only way it can be damaged is with the couriers.

  • You have 14 days to return your item.

  • If you do wish to return the product you will have to pay for the courier/postal fees to send the item back to us.

  • Once we have the item, we will examine the item to check for damages.

  • If no fault is found with the product, we will confirm the refund

  • If the product is found to be defective we will issue the refund.

  • Refunds will not be issued if the product is damaged due to negligence
